Student services

The Student Hub is in the Sir Michael Uren Building. Staff can help with enquiries or direct you to the services you need. Also here are study spaces and library delivery lockers. The team is contactable by email or phone on +44 (0)20 7594 6610.

Housing

We offer a range of housing options for Imperial staff and students, with more on the way – from student rooms and spacious 3-bedroom apartments for families and sharers. Our staff and key worker housing is available at up to 40% below market rates.

Shuttle bus

Need to travel between campuses? The free shuttle bus runs Monday–Friday from the South Kensington Campus to Hammersmith Hospital via White City Campus. See the timetable and pickup locations.

Advanced Hackspace

Hackspace at the Invention Rooms is where Imperial staff and students can turn their ideas into reality. Here you can work with experts, get access to resources, workshops, a bio lab and prototyping tools.

Event spaces

Our versatile spaces can accommodate everything from pitch meetings and team socials to large-scale conferences and events. There are rooms and spaces throughout the campus with capacity for 4 to 120 people.

Childcare

Old Oak Early Years Education Centre is a new nursery for Imperial parents based in West London. Catering for children aged six months to five years, the nursery is open Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30.
