Bursaries and scholarships

Bursaries and scholarships are an extra source of financial support which, unlike student loans, you don't need to pay back.

While scholarships are awarded based on achievement (academic, sport, music), bursaries can be awarded for a number of different reasons, and not just based on your academic performance. So it's worth taking the time to explore what you may be eligible for.

Some awards also include non-financial support such as mentoring.
