Cancellation policy
Courses booked via Inkpath can be cancelled by logging into the app and managing your booked activities. Courses booked outside of the Inkpath app can be cancelled by emailing us at: graduate.school@imperial.ac.uk.
Demand for our courses is high, therefore participants are asked to manage their course bookings carefully and to cancel with requisite notice, allowing their place to be offered to others. Many of our courses have pre course activities which mean that participants on the waiting lists require sufficient notice to enable them to complete these tasks.
As a general guideline, we advise the following cancellation deadlines for our courses:
- Short Courses - a minimum of 3 working days' notice
- Finish Up Move On+ (FUMO+) - a minimum of 2 weeks' notice
- Retreats - a minimum of 2 weeks' notice
Students are expected to attend their Professional Skills Courses from the scheduled start and finishing time. Students who arrive late will not be allowed entry into Graduate School workshops and will be required to re-register for the workshop.
Please note that if you fail to attend a workshop without providing a reasonable explanation then you may not be able to register for subsequent Graduate School courses. Any students who repeatedly fail to attend Graduate School courses may be issued with a £30 fine.
