Co-creation & Innovation in Professional Development

The debate focussed on engagement with students and other stakeholders to co-commission, co-design, co-develop, and co-assess our professional development programmes.

During the discussion it was identified each organisation had adopted some aspects of this approach but there was so much more for each of us to do.  Prof Tony Bovaird stressed that ‘action’ was key and that we should move beyond talking to doing something.  With this is mind, Imperial College Graduate School is writing a report on the event which will highlight actions taken.
