Parsons House offers self-catered single study accommodation for 46 undergraduate students within cluster flats. Rent includes utility bills, internet access, basic contents insurance, maintenance, communal cleaning and a contribution towards your halls activity fund.

Parsons House is located near Barons Court tube station in the district of West Kensington. Students can travel easily to the main South Kensington campus by bike (20 minutes) or by tube (25 minutes).
West Kensington is a cosmopolitan district with a significant student population. It is within 10 -25 minutes’ walk of the former Earls Court Exhibition Centre and the shopping, restaurants and nightlife of Hammersmith.
