Staying on in College accommodation for another year could be a great transitional option offering a sense of familiarity but with more independence than the first year experience.

Holbein, Southwell and Willis Jackson residences in Evelyn Gardens are available for returning undergraduate students providing an alternative to private accommodation for returning undergraduate students, around 250 rooms in Evelyn Gardens are available for returning undergraduate students for the 2021-22 academic year. A short walking distance from South Kensington campus, Evelyn Gardens is set around a traditional London townhouse square.

This accommodation provides a safe and managed environment to live in but with a more independent support system for residents.

This accommodation is offered for 39 weeks with an option to extend with a 10+ week summer licence.

Accommodation for 2021/22

We are offering a 39 week licence at Evelyn Gardens for 2021/22 and you will have the option in Spring 2022 to extend with a 10+ week summer licence. To apply you must be a continuing undergraduate student at Imperial.

Summer stays 2021

We will be offering summer accommodation at Evelyn Gardens for 2021 for a period of 10 weeks from 26 June 2021 to 4 September 2021 (These dates may be subject to change). Applications for summer stays will open 12 April.

Rents at Evelyn Gardens are per week over a 39-week contract and are based on single occupancy. Rent includes utility bills, internet access, basic contents insurance, maintenance and communal cleaning.

All Evelyn Gardens lets are 39-week contracts. There is an option to extend your stay with a 10+ week summer licence.
