Brian Flowers is located at the heart of the residence village. It is set over two floors with 8 study bedrooms and a kitchen on each floor. The kitchens act as a social point with a television in each one. The ground floor kitchen has a patio door entrance opening onto a small lawn area with picnic table. The first floor kitchen has a patio door with a small balcony.

Rent includes utility bills, internet access, basic contents insurance, maintenance, communal cleaning and a contribution towards your halls activity fund. Accommodation fees are paid on a termly basis, so it's easy to keep track of what needs to be paid and when.
