If you are unsure whether you are required to book a quarantine hotel our Arriving in the UK pages provide a helpful overview of the current travel guidance.
We strongly encourage you to familiarise yourself with the UK’s government’s Guidance: Red, amber and green list rules for entering England.

If you have no option but to be refunded to an international bank account, please send an email to qhrebate@imperial.ac.uk
Please note, that the College will issue the £500 subsidy to the bank account you list on the form. This can be a different bank account to the one used for booking your hotel, so please state the name of the bank account holder so that the College is aware of who the money is being sent to.
Once you have completed your quarantine stay and enrolled on your programme, please complete the Quarantine Hotel Rebate Expense Claim Form putting your signature and the date in the yellow box at the bottom of the form (electronic signatures are acceptable).
Send your completed form and proof of your hotel booking payment (e.g. receipt, booking confirmation email) to qhrebate@imperial.ac.uk

What if I require further financial support?
If, after receiving your £500 subsidy you require further financial support as a result of the hotel quarantine cost, you may request to be financially assessed by the Student Financial Support Team.
