Cohort building is the process of bringing groups of students together to undertake activities which facilitate the development of research communities and networks.  Cohort building can enhance the research experience by helping students to improve their research skills, professional development and can provide an additional system of support.

The most important thing is being able to provide examples and knowledge of how you have developed yourself throughout your research studies. As a proactive student you will stand out to future employers.

You can find out more by visiting the Graduate School's Community & support pages.
