If the scheme is offered again in future years, details will be posted here.
The Mitacs Globalink Research Internship scheme is a UK-Canada research mobility programme for Undergraduates. It is a competitive programme which co-funds undergraduates from partner countries to complete an intensive 12-week summer research internship, in a variety of academic disciplines, under the supervision of a professor at one of 70 participating Canadian universities.
In the 2020-21 academic year, Mitacs (in partnership with the IRO at Imperial) will offer full funding for a maximum of 3 Imperial undergraduate students.
In the UK, the scheme is managed by Universities UK International (UUKi), who is a partner of Mitacs, a not-for-profit Canadian national research organisation.
At Imperial, this opportunity is managed/supported by the International Relations Office.

If you are on a 4-year degree programme, Mitacs also requests that you provide your accumulated GPA. Imperial does not provide an accumulated GPA on your official transcripts.
