How key worker rent is calculated
The key worker rents are set at the London Living Rent which is annually published by the Greater London Authority (GLA). The London Living Rent for every ward in London is based on a third of the average local income and adjusted for the number of bedrooms.

Monthly Rent

Tenancies are offered for a maximum of three years, with a minimum of a 12-month tenancy and annual breakpoints.
