Who should attend?

The workshop provides a platform for new and experienced staff to consider how inclusive their teaching is of all learners and to explore how they can best facilitate inclusive teaching and learning across the whole range of their work. The session will introduce participants to the breadth and scope of inclusivity and provide opportunity to consider how to plan for and design inclusive teaching, learning, assessment, and feedback. The workshop will introduce participants to current thinking on the topic of inclusivity by signposting to relevant sources from Imperial’s Learning and Teaching Strategy, and the Higher Education Academy. Participants will also consider how to make programme content more inclusive, how technology might facilitate inclusive teaching and learning, and how to design and deliver inclusive assessment and feedback. Participants will take part in a number of learning activities and will be encouraged to reflect on their own Imperial professional context throughout.
