• Have clarity on what you need to do, and you can prepare for your ARC
• Know where to find ARC resources and wider support

The ARC Manager's Briefing is a 90-minute session designed to inform you of the College's Annual Review Conversation process, which replaces the PRDP process. 

By the end of the session, you will: 

• Have a clear understanding of the principles of the ARC process
• Have a clear understanding of your role as a manager to facilitate the ARC
• Have a better idea of how to enhance the conversation and handle any potential challenges 
• Know where to find ARC resources and wider support
