Log in to Symplectic Elements. Click on 'Link' on the home screen.

Select the 'Publications' and 'Organisational structures' by clicking the radio buttons.

Symplectic will automatically filter both sections to show only your recent publications and organisational structures. You can modify the filters by clicking 'Change'. To create a link between items, click the checkboxes next to the publications you want to link from and the organisational structures you want to link to.

Click on 'Create new links' to link the items.

Publications linked to an organisational structure may take up to a week to display on a research group's website. If you have any questions about publication feeds, please contact your Faculty Web Officer.
