A number of hybrid titles have transitioned to become gold titles but also under the publisher Hindawi. Any new submissions to these journals will still form part of the agreement with Wiley. Imperial is participating in Jisc’s ‘read and publish’ agreement with Wiley from March 2020. This means that corresponding authors affiliated with Imperial may publish primary research and review articles in any of Wiley’s fully gold Open Access or Wiley’s hybrid, OnlineOpen journals at no further charge to the author.

If you are accepted for publication in a fully open access journal you will just need to confirm your Imperial affiliation during the submission stage and enter the code provided.

If you are accepted for publication in one of Wiley’s hybrid journals you will need to select the OnlineOpen option on the Wiley Author Service platform, making sure that you confirm your Imperial affiliation and enter any funding information if applicable.

Wiley will verify your request with the OA Team and your article will then be published open access with a Creative Commons License.
