Imperial is participating in the Springer Compact agreement. Article processing charges in a Springer Open Choice journal are covered by this agreement for Imperial corresponding authors.

The agreement covers the following outputs; Original Paper, Review Paper, Brief Communication and Continuing Education

You must confirm that you are the corresponding author and that you are affiliated to an eligible UK institution.

Springer will verify the details with the OA Team and then your article will be published open access with a CC BY licence.

You are advised to use your Imperial College London email address instead of your private email address. This enables Springer to better identify you as eligible under the agreement.

The agreement does not cover Springer Open Access journals or BioMed Central journals and 30 Open Choice journals that do not offer CC BY licensing.
