I-HUB features and facilities

Offices

Brand new grade A offices. The Translation & Innovation Hub (I-HUB) features private furnished offices from 250sq ft, co-working spaces (provided by Central Working White City) and spaces from 8,000 sq ft with CAT A finish. The I-HUB has achieved an Excellent BREEAM rating and EPC B.

Laboratories

Fitted labs from 250 sq ft to support biotech and scientific research organisations. Laboratories feature write-up areas, chemical resistant work station, fume cupboards and mechanical extraction, piped gases, compressed air and safety sink drainage. Shell and core spaces are also available.
