Imperial T&O Research & Audit Collaborative (I-TRAC)

Imperial T&O Research & Audit Collaborative (I-TRAC) brings together trainees and consultants on the North West London Trauma & Orthopaedic rotation who are interested in working together in high-quality collaborative studies.

I-TRAC helps trainees to identify existing international, national and local projects to recruit patients and collect data. We also encourage trainees to develop and drive their own research and audit ideas with the help of existing infrastructure at Imperial College’s MSk Lab.

Our aim is to be inclusive to all trainees, empower them to conduct studies with meaningful clinical benefit, and work with other trainee-led research and audit collaboratives to improve the quality and power of these studies.

In return, trainees can more easily contribute to large datasets, work with colleagues with differing skillsets, and be named authors on high-impact publications.
