Humans of health research
Imperial College Academic Health Science Centre (AHSC) has been showcasing the people behind research that seeks to improve health for all through a photography-led exhibition called ‘Humans of Health Research’. These people include research midwives, physiotherapists, pharmacists, nurses, patients and healthcare scientists.
As well as these online stories, Imperial College AHSC will be displaying the imagery as part of a roaming exhibition throughout the spring and summer of 2023. The exhibition will start in Imperial College London’s South Kensington campus main entrance from 28 March to 5 April. Future dates and venues to be announced shortly.
Imperial College AHSC is a university-NHS partnership transforming healthcare through research. Its members are Imperial College London, The Institute of Cancer Research, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust and Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Established since 2007, it is focused on aligning expertise to turn science and engineering advances into new ways of preventing and treating disease.
