Culture Initiatives Management Group
The Faculty Culture Initiatives Management Group focuses on creating an inclusive culture and environment, and reports directly to the Dean.
We are working on many different activities, strategies, policies and processes across the Faculty and College, with the aim of improving culture and diversity in all our different cohorts. These include for our students, staff, academics and senior leaders.
Some key activities include:
- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) data collection, cleaning and analyses
- Action Plan for Improving Culture and Diversity
- Signpost resources for supervisors and grant writers
- EDI input for major bids
- Athena SWAN
- Race Equality Charter
- Staff Survey Action Planning
