Brain Sciences
The Division of Brain Sciences’ mission is to develop and sustain a unique portfolio of translational research in neuroscience and mental health that is recognised internationally for scientific excellence, for leading innovation in patient care and for creating a dynamic environment for training the leaders of the next generation.
Creating a dynamic environment for training the leaders of the next generation
Within the last five years, major investments have been made to expand and strengthen our research. New academic staff members have been recruited to create a new, stronger and realisable vision for neurosciences at Imperial College London. The creation of the Division of Brain Sciences has aligned expertise and facilities development to create a dynamic multi-disciplinary research environment that can address national priorities for the life sciences and health.
