The College is looking to recruit graduates to join its 2023 Graduate Finance Scheme - a three-year programme designed to provide the candidate with extensive finance experience and the opportunity to gain both a professional accountancy (CIMA) qualification and a Level 7 apprenticeship qualification.

The Graduate Finance Scheme is a fundamental plank of the College’s talent management initiative. It aims to ensure that high potential individuals are developed and retained so that they may help to consolidate, and build upon, our reputation as a world-class university.

The training scheme is only as good as those who apply and are selected. The scheme is stretching – it has to be, because the standards in our support services have to match those in our academic areas and we are determined to retain our world-class status.
