Climate-Friendly Pop-Up Kitchen aims to educate the public on climate-friendly cooking. The main activity will be at the Great Exhibition Road Festival in June. The team will collaborate with chefs and experts to organise a food stand where food samples will be provided and pop-up talks will be delivered. We will also be doing simple demonstrations to the public and organising educational activities with quizzes and games. The Kitchen is aligned with Imperial’s new Sustainable Food and Drinks policy (2022-2026), set out to slow down the damage that food production has on the planet.
