PhD Scholarships from Imperial College London
The College has a number of scholarships available to PhD students in Design Engineering that you can access below.
Whilst it is the PhD student/supervisor's responsibility to secure their own funding, the department will help facilitate the application rounds to the scholarship schemes run by the College where required.

Chinese Scholarship Council (CSC)
- Design Engineering covers tuition fees
- CSC covers stipend
- Applicants apply directly to CSC, providing letter from department confirming tuition fee support
Imperial College Scholarships 2
Lee Family Scholarship
- International tuition fees and stipend
- Open to residents in China and Hong Kong
- Applicants must not intend to be employed in UK after PhD
Anne Seagrim Accommodation Scholarship
- £10,000 towards accommodation
- Open to overseas applicants
- 5 awards available per year

Hans Rausing Scholarship
- Full Home or Overseas tuition fees
- Annual stipend
- 1 award per year, application submitted by the department
Imperial Marshall Scholarships
- Full tuition fees and stipend
- Open to citizens of USA
- Marshall submits applications for students
