Accepting your place
If your application is successful, you will receive an unconditional offer to attend the 2023 Global Summer School programme. You must then complete the following within 7 days, to secure your place.
- Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, Behaviour and Learning Agreement and Mentor Supervision page using our online consent form.
- Pay the programme fee in full.
The 2023 programme fee is £5,825. Payment must be made online using a debit or credit card through the Imperial E-store. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment by bank transfer. Please follow the payment link in your offer email or get in touch with a member of the team.

Payment instructions
In order to make a payment, you will be required to create an Imperial E-Store account in the cardholder’s name.
When you make your payment you will be asked to provide the student’s name, applicant ID and academic stream so that we can identify your payment easily. Please ensure you have these details to hand.
You must pay the full programme fee within 7 days of receiving the unconditional offer to secure your place. We are unable to hold a place on the programme before full payment is received.
If you are unable to make the payment by your payment deadline, an extension may be granted in exceptional circumstances. Please contact the team to discuss.
Please note: It can take up to three working days for payments to be received by the Global Summer School team. If your payment has gone through successfully, you will receive an automatic email immediately from the E-Store. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk mail folder and security settings in case the email has been blocked.
