Ebram's breakfast smoothie

Get your day off to a great start and blend the following all together for one minute:
- Banana (whole or diced)
- 250 ml milk (or milk alternatives)
- 1 tablespoon of oats
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon of plain yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of flax seed
- 1 teaspoon of chia seed
