How to register for Alumni Weekend

Advance registration is now closed, but you are very welcome to join us on the day. Find us in the Senior Common Room, Level 2 Sherfield Building West (A2 on campus map). Please note, tour tickets have been released to alumni who registered for an Alumni Lounge pass in advance so we cannot guarantee availability on the day. On arrival in the Alumni Lounge, please visit the Tours Desk to check availablity and reserve your tickets. 

Which day to attend

Alumni Weekend and The Great Exhibition Road Festival take place on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 June 2023. Most of our programme takes place on both days but there are some activities which will only take place on the Saturday. The Great Exhibition Road Festival is free to attend but does not give you access to the Alumni Lounge.

• All-day access to the Alumni Lounge, to come and go as you please throughout the day
• Free refreshments in the Lounge, including tea, coffee and snacks
• Access to our exclusive tours programme and priority access to Great Exhibition Road Festival talks (all free, subject to availability)
• Access to a private alumni-only preview of the Smart Machines Zone before it opens to the public (Saturday only)
