Overview
In this session, you’ll learn how to identify and use various strategies designed to enhance your influence in the workplace. You will also learn how these strategies can be deployed when negotiating with colleagues and external bodies.
An important aspect of the course is learning how best to manage your behaviours and interpret/manage the behaviours of others.
