- Mark Anderson
Mark Anderson is based in the Imperial's Centre for Higher Education Research and Scholarship (CHERS). He is the Director of the Imperial STAR Framework and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
As an anthropologist, Mark's interests include the sociocultural dynamics of education and learning and ethnographic approaches to medicine, public health, and lived experiences of oppressed and marginalised communities.

- Caroline Broad
Caroline gained twenty years of experience facilitating teams and delivering personal and professional skills training in bioscience, hi-tech and nonprofit education. Caroline loves working with people with a depth of knowledge and a passion for their work.
She starts with the assumption that everyone is naturally resourceful and capable. She delivers value by developing an individual's self-awareness alongside an introduction to tools and theories that are directly applicable to their roles.
Caroline is committed to supporting individuals and teams in maintaining their wellbeing because she believes nothing is more important than taking care of your health and that it creates the foundation to be productive and our most creative, communicative and innovative selves. Caroline is a certified practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Belbin Team Roles.
She is a Co-active coach and Resilient Leaders Elements and C-Me profiling accredited. Caroline facilitates an Action for Happiness Happy Café in her hometown of Ely, Cambridgeshire and delivers the Exploring What Matters course focusing on wellbeing and resilience. With 14 years of experience working in Higher Education with various universities, Daniela is a Senior Organisational Development Consultant in People and Organisational Development, providing dedicated consultancy support for the Faculty of Medicine and leading the staff workplace wellbeing function across Imperial College London.
Winner of the Times Higher Education Awards and recognised at a UK national level for three consecutive years for outstanding support for researchers and academics, communities of practice expert, professional trainer and coaches, Daniela is a highly regarded organisational development consultant who seeks to support and inspire individuals and teams to reach their potential through their careers.

- George Callaghan
George Callaghan graduated from the University of Strathclyde before completing a PhD in Economics from the University of the West of England. He has edited and contributed to a popular undergraduate textbook Personal Finance and is a qualified coach with the International Coaching Federation and the Institute of Leadership and Management.
George’s vision is to empower employees and individual clients to better understand the emotional and practical issues around money. By combining education around money with an understanding of money emotions, people can transform themselves and contribute more to their employers, family, and wider society.
- Matthew Critchlow
Matthew Critchlow, PhD, is Managing Director of Kirros Consulting (www.kirros.com), Visiting Lecturer at the University of Westminster and a board member of the Workplace Wellbeing Association (WWA) (www.wwaeurope.com). He has over 18 years of experience designing and running programmes to enhance individual, team and organisational performance. He previously worked in the pharmaceutical industry, mainly for Eli Lilly & Co, in sales management, marketing, market research and management consultancy roles.
Matthew holds a BSc (Hons.) in Zoology, a PhD in Developmental Biology, a Diploma in Psychotherapy (LCCH/University of Greenwich) and is an NLP Master Practitioner. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the Institute of Directors (IoD). He has gained accreditation to use several psychometric tools, including the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i), Facet5 and the RQi™, for which he serves as Director of the RQi™ Resilience Programme.

- Martin Farley
Martin started down the path of becoming a researcher in his university years, taking him to Canada, the US, and the Netherlands. This path was interrupted when his passion for sustainability led him to become the UK's (and Europe's) first full-time sustainable laboratory specialist at the University of Edinburgh.
Martin is the founder of Green Lab Associates and the sustainable labs program at King's College London. Today he consults for a variety of institutions, regularly speaking and teaching on the topic and is recognised in the sector through:• Winner of the EAUC's Sustainability Professional Green Gown award for investigating sample storage temperatures and starting sustainable lab programs at the University of Edinburgh and King's College London

- Charlie Hoare
Having worked for international brands, including Air Asia and innocent drinks, and co-founded his start-up, TÅPPED birch water, Charlie transitioned to a consultant and positive psychology coach in 2018. He subsequently completed an MSc in applied positive psychology and coaching psychology.
With a particular interest in psychological safety, Charlie brings his corporate experience and academic research to organisations to enhance workplace engagement and satisfaction by ensuring employees can "bring their whole self to work". Studies at Google and Pixar show that this inclusive approach to workplace culture is crucial to innovation, resilience, and performance, optimising individual, team, and organisational outcomes.
Charlie is also a keynote speaker on men's mental health and published his first book 'MAN DOWN: A Man's Guide to Mental Health' in 2020.
- Professor Ruth Hughes
Professor Ruth Hughes is an educator, coach, trainer and consultant, specialising in career and transition coaching, culture shock, and positive education. Ruth has over thirty years of educational leadership experience, including training Newly Qualified Teachers and acting as Senior Designated Leader in Safeguarding.
She also brings a wealth of academic experience, including an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council Senior Practitioner certification.
In addition to her work with Charlotte Wiseman, Ruth is now a Course Director at Cambridge University's Institute of Continuing Education. She is an Adjunct Professor in The Science of Wellbeing at the American Institute of Foreign Study (London Campus).

- Dr Charlotte Paton
"I studied medicine at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, qualifying in 2011. Following my Foundation Training, I obtained a training post in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. After a couple of years in this training post, I decided to transfer to General Practice training. This has enabled me to provide women's health and sexual health care to patients in the community, which is my passion. Whilst living in the North East and practising as a GP, I worked as a speciality doctor in sexual health at New Croft sexual health clinic in Newcastle. I relocated to Cornwall in September 2021 to be nearer to my family. I work in three different job roles, which include as an NHS GP focusing on women's health, a GP working in a cancer diagnosis service at Derriford Hospital in Plymouth and my women's health role at St. Erme Medical.
I have several postgraduate qualifications in women's health, including the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health diploma, the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists' diploma, certificates in contraceptive implant and coil fitting, and postgraduate training and qualifications in menopause care. I have also gained clinical experience caring for transgender patients in the Northern Gender Dysphoria Service. I have conducted numerous educational sessions with health professionals and lay people in Cornwall, Devon and the North East."

Working with a range of clients, from small start-ups to FTSE 100 companies, across all sectors, she brings the science of wellbeing to life with humour, honesty and practical lived experience, delivering outcome-focused programmes to improve workplace satisfaction, productivity and business success.
Laura is also a Suicide First Aid Trainer, MHFA England Mental Health First Aid learning facilitator, and Health Management specialist, known for her community work in this field.

Andrew has been a freelance facilitator and coach for over thirty years, working with blue-chip commercial organisations, universities, SMEs and third-sector organisations. For the last 20 years, he has been mainly in demand in the HE sector, working with academics and professional service staff from more than 30 universities across the UK.
He works in various ways to generate effective learning that has practical applications.This ranges from one-to-one coaching to working with teams or groups through specifically designed team events, training workshops on specific skills, interventions to address conflict, and facilitating meetings at a strategic level.
Andrew's work is informed by Nancy Kline's Thinking Environment (he is qualified as a Consultant with Kline's Time to Think organisation) and his own Shifting Stories approach outlined in his book of that title, as well as a substantial body of research-informed tools, models and theories. - Ewan Stickley
Ewan is a team facilitator, executive coach, and therapeutic counsellor. He brings over twenty years of experience in leadership and team development, helping leaders build individual and organisational resilience. One of Ewan's key areas of expertise is supporting leaders in optimising strengths to achieve outstanding performance. Previously, Ewan held senior management positions at Walt Disney World, Pret a Manger, Arcadia Group and the Pentland Group (Speedo, Lacoste and Berghaus), where he was Global Head of Talent Management and Leadership Development.
As an Executive Coach, Ewan has supported many leaders in achieving their goals, mainly using a strengths-based and Systems-Thinking approach. He is an ICF-accredited coach with a diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching and recently qualified as a Therapeutic Counsellor.
He is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and The British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). Janine Waldman (MSc FCIPD PCC) has over 25 years of experience in her specialisms of coaching and training, plus a wealth of expertise in consultancy and organisational development, having held senior HR positions in both the UK and New Zealand multinationals before establishing her own business in 2001.
With 2000+ hours of careers coaching, including with the Young Women's Trust and Imperial College, for whom she has delivered career development programmes and management training since 2011.
Janine is co-author of 'Positively Speaking' and the 'Resilience Pocketbook'.
