Student Wellbeing Advisor, Amy, talks about the Physical Wellbeing component of our new Physical Activity & Sport Strategy. Our aim is to positively impact wellbeing by developing a comprehensive package of physical activity programmes.

Our actions will be:

  • To support the creation of the College's first comprehensive Mental Health & Wellbeing Strategy
  • To develop and deliver a suite of high-quality support programmes for the community
  • To deliver a Health MOT Programme for students
