Why you think classes/gym is great for health and wellbeing: For me, movement is a key element of physical and mental health! It’s a great tool for stress relief, distraction from studying or work, and an easy way to keep both the body and mind healthy. Whether it’s through the gym, group exercise classes, sport or simply walking through the park, there is a form of exercise for everybody!
