IN004910 - Unsafe Laser

Whilst carrying out electrical safety testing, a laser was found that was electrically unsafe and required a new flex to be fitted to it.

IN016039 - Compressor fitted with 2 pin EU plug

During electrical safety testing the technician found a compressor that had been supplied with a 2 pin EU plug that was being used via an incorrect adapter plug, meaning that the compressor was not connected to earth at the wall socket.

IN016179 - Unsafe plug on lights

During the electrical safety testing on some lights that were installed by staff, a plug for one of them was found in an unsafe condition.
