BUSINESS CONTINUITY OPERATIONAL REVIEW GROUP

Terms of Reference

  1. To review all incidents related to Business Continuity that take place within the College in order to determine the lessons learnt and identify gaps in College processes or procedures.

  2.  To act as a focus for and co-ordinate College BCM planning and execution.

  3.  To act as an interchange of information, ideas and best practice relating to BCM.

  4.  To review its own terms of reference and constitution and those of its subordinate committees annually.

  5. To provide oversight of Business Continuity training and recommend the scope and frequency of training provided.

Reporting

6. The Business Continuity Operational Review Group reports to the Risk and BCM Steering Committee and should provide it with at least an annual report in September.

Meetings

7. The Group shall meet not less than twice a year.

Quorum

8. The quorum shall be the Chairman two Faculty representatives and three other members which shall include representatives from ICT and Estates Facilities.
