Graduate School

The Graduate School’s doctoral Research Communication programme offers courses for doctoral students focused on critical thinking enabling them to present their research projects effectively in theses, journal articles, posters and conference presentations. Our programme complements the provision of the Centre for Academic English and Library Services. 

Centre for Academic English

The Centre for Academic English specialise in STEMM communication, working with Imperial students and researchers to enhance their understanding of academic writing and speaking and to develop the linguistic tools necessary to communicate their science more effectively. Our programme complements the provision of the Graduate School and Library Services. 

Library Services

Library Services offer a series of workshops for undergraduates covering a range of academic skills, including how to access and use information resources, digital skills and reference management. The library’s EndNote workshops are for students at all levels and researchers. Our programme complements the provision of the Centre for Academic English and the Graduate School.
