You can now contact the Systems and Information team using the HR Portal.
Please select the team HR Systems or HR Insights and Reporting depending on your query.
The Systems and Information team are responsible for all the HR systems as well as HR data reporting, business intelligence and HR system training. The systems that the team look after include:
- ICIS - the College's information management system.
- TeamSeer - The College's leave and absence system.
- Freshservice - HR's query management system.
- Report and Support - The College's tool for disclosure of unwelcome behaviours.
The Systems and Information team are based on Level 3, Faculty Building, South Kensington Campus.
