Staff
We have four memberships available for staff: Basic, Club Imperial, Club Imperial Gold and Just Move as well as pay-as-you-go sessions. If you choose the Basic or Club Imperial membership, you can boost your access with one of our bolt-on packages.
Staff Memberships
Basic
Our basic membership gives you access to Ethos and allows you to book and use other Ethos facilities at standard staff rates.
You can top up your membership with group class or swimming bolt-ons.
Cost: Free
Who is it for? Anyone who needs access to Ethos or wants to book and use the facilities or classes
Club Imperial
Our Club Imperial membership gives you unlimited access to Ethos gym, swimming pool and sauna and also offers discounted rates on other facilities.
Cost: £29.50 per month
Who is it for? Anyone who wants access to the gym, pool and sauna with discounted rates on other facilities
Club Imperial Gold
Our Club Imperial Gold membership gives you access to Ethos gym, swimming pool and sauna and also includes unlimited classes in the Ethos studio. You can also get discounted rates on other Ethos facilities.
Cost: £42.50 per month
Who is it for? Anyone who wants access to the gym, pool and sauna and unlimited classes with discounted rates on other facilities.
Just Move
Our membership is a little different - it's designed to help you pick up something new, or just enjoy the activities you love, in a friendly, non-competitive environment. For the one-off annual fee, you'll get access to a range of different activities across campuses that aren't included in a regular gym membership, including Hulafit, Netball, Yoga and Latin Dancefit.
Cost: Free
Who is it for? Anyone who wants to get more physically active in a relaxed, social way
Club Imperial and Club Imperial Gold have a minimum membership length of two months.
Memberships for you and your partner
We also have memberships that allow your partner the same access to Ethos as you have, even if they don't work at Imperial. Proof of living at the same address will be required to activate the partner membership. Please note, that your partner can only be offered the same membership that you have.

All memberships have a minimum length of three months.
Pre-booking
We require all activities and sessions to be pre-booked at Ethos. Make sure you book a session when you want to visit, including for all classes, gym sessions, sports hall bookings, and pool use - you won't be able to enter the building without a booking.
