The Estates division has responsibility for managing capital funded construction projects at Imperial College London

Working closely with the project, College Purchasing ensures a fair and open procurement route is taken for each project. The Projects team works closely with College Purchasing to ensure the correct and most suitable organisations are employed and appointed to each project.

The Capital Finance and Appraisal Team, part of the Financial Management Division, provide capital budget support on projects and operational budget support to the division.
