Imperial offers Workplace Needs Assessments (WNA) through the National Autistic Society for staff diagnosed with autism or Asperger’s.

Staff should fill complete the booking form below. You will be required to provide written consent which will be shared with the National Autistic Society, who will then get in contact with you to arrange a date for the assessment with you and your line manager. 

It is recommended that you talk about the assessment with your line manager before completing the form, and agree a potential date. Your line manager will need to provide a copy of your job description and fill out an environmental assessment form prior to the assessment meeting.
