"I feel very lucky to have a job which is intellectually stimulating and allows me to work with talented people from around the world. I have found engineering to be an incredibly welcoming and supportive field, yet at the same time recognise that women (and other minorities) continue to face structural barriers. It's my experience that having a wide support network is really useful in navigating (and indeed trying to change) these."
