How to apply
Applicants must submit their CV to cpd@imperial.ac.uk and provide a short statement outlining their interest in and reason for applying for the short course.

Detailed joining instructions, including a map, will be sent to all accepted participants 10-14 days prior to the commencement of the course. Places on these courses are limited, EARLY BOOKING IS ADVISED.
Fees
£950 - Assessed
£600 - Non-assessed
The fee covers tuition, but does not cover refreshments or accommodation.
The fee does not include hard-copy print outs of presentations. Prior to the course, you will be provided with online access to the virtual learning environment, Blackboard Learn. Here you will be able to view copies of the presentations, so please feel free to bring a laptop/tablet/mobile device with you.
Please note all fees must be received before the course start date.
Venue
The courses will be held at the Royal Brompton Campus
If you would like to use the library resources, you can do at the South Kensington library. CPD students will be required to complete an application form provided by the CPD course administrator. Once the form has been completed, it can be taken to the South Kensington Library Welcome desk along with a form of ID (driving licence, bank card etc). CPD students will then be provided with temporary reference access to the library, up until the end of the course/assessment. Reference only access means that books cannot be removed from the library. Please note that access to e-journals, e-books and databases will be limited only to those permitted by the terms of the library licences and only available within the library. Their use is strictly for non-commercial purposes and you must adhere to licence restriction.
Accommodation
Single bedroom accommodation is available in local hotels within easy access to the College. This is additional to the course fee, and participants are responsible for payment of their hotel bills.

Cancellations
A 20% administration fee will be levied for cancellations made up to two weeks prior to the start of the course. Cancellations thereafter will be liable to the loss of the full fee. Notice of cancellation must be given in writing by email and action will be taken to recover, from the delegates or their employers, that proportion of the fee owing at the time of cancellation.
Imperial College London reserves the right to cancel an advertised course at short notice. It will endeavour to provide participants with as much notice as possible, but will not accept liability for costs incurred by participants or their organisations for the cancellation of travel arrangements and/or accommodation reservations as a result of the course being cancelled or postponed. If a course is cancelled, fees will be refunded in full. Imperial College also reserves the right to postpone or make such alterations to the content of a course as may be necessary.
