The Communications Division is responsible for Imperial's brand and graphic identity. We also design the College's major publications, and marketing materials for major campaigns and initiatives.
We support the design of publications in the following categories:

Editorial
Corporate publications
- Write and produce Annual Report and Accounts; design and produce the College Strategy publication
- Manage updates of College campus maps and other corporate literature, e.g. College statistics guide
- Sub-edit and produce Reporter - the newspaper of Imperial College London
- Advise on style and sub-edit content of publications for faculties, departments, centres and support services
- Edit, design and produce Imperial magazine, Imperial's bi-annual stakeholder magazine
- Sub-edit and proofread textual content online and offline across all the Division's output media
Brand management
- Provide and assist with the use of branded materials
- Design and produce College materials
- Support divisional digital media outputs

Print production
Production management
- Student recruitment publications, e.g. undergraduate and postgraduate prospectuses, and other College marketing materials
- Staff and student information publications produced by Communications and by certain support services
- College campus maps
- Provision of College data appearing in external reference publications, e.g. The Times Good University Guide
Advisory service
- Advise members of College on design, print, photography and print-related matters
- Support divisional digital media outputs
