The Islamic Prayer room has been running at Imperial since the late 1980s. It has been a prayerful space for generations of staff and students.
The prayer room is open for daily prayers for men. The room is managed by Imperial College Islamic Society, on behalf of the Imperial College Union.
Please contact Islamic Society to set up swipe card access to the prayer room.

Jumah Prayer
Friday Prayers are hosted at 13.00 by Imperial College Islamic Society and are held in the Union in Beit Quad on Prince Consort Road.
Visitors to college

Staff wishing to make advance arrangements (give us at least two working days) for prayer for clients and visitors can do so by contacting Chaplaincy.
Staff can also accompany visitors to the Chaplaincy Multi-Faith Centre, and swipe them in to use the available rooms (see the notice in the entrance way to see which room is free). Prayer mats are available but at present there are limited washing facilities. To see if the room is available, please use the room booking system and log in with your college ID.
