Kyle has spent over 10 years working in higher education administration and student support roles. He joined Imperial in March 2025 after spending 5 and a half years at UCL providing guidance on statutory funding policies and regulations to students and student-facing staff.

Kyle has also previously held positions at London Metropolitan University, the education charity IntoUniversity, and the University of Leeds.
