Dr Rui Tan - Post-doctoral researcher
Dr Rui Tan is currently a postdoc researcher working on the ERC Starting grant on battery technologies. . Rui received his B.S. degree in Energy Materials and Devices in School of Metallurgy and Environment at Central South University (China), and received his MSc degree in Advanced Materials at Peking University, Shenzhen Graduate School. His research interests are focused on advanced electrolytes, including the synthesis and utilization of solid polymer electrolytes, quasi-solid-state electrolytes, inorganic electrolytes, as well as design and synthesis of advanced electrode materials. His PhD research was focused on developing functional membrane separators for solid-state batteries and redox flow batteries. Rui just started his postdoc research on 1st August 2021.
