Unfortunately, the Hub is unable to offer studentships for EU students for 2018 entry unless you meet the residency requirement which is that you have been studying in the UK for a minimum of three years prior to joining the QSE Hub, or are otherwise ordinarily resident in the UK.
I am a non-EU overseas student - how can I get funding for the doctoral training?
Unfortunately the Hub does not have any fully funded studentships for overseas students. Imperial College has a limited number of scholarships available but these are very competitive. There are also non-imperial scholarships you may wish to apply to.
