More information: The Clinical Group Leader scheme sees clinical scientists join the Crick's faculty to establish a programme of research (80%) and continue with clinical practice (20%). Each group leader is entitled to up to five Crick-funded lab positions with salary costs covered by the Crick. Group expansion via external funds is allowed, but the group size cannot exceed 12 members. The group leader position is initially funded for six years with an additional six years available upon review.
